No matter how much, how hard, and for how long you do it. You'll get rid of alot of plaque but the tarter sticks like super glue.

Lecture. Cleaning. Sample size floss. Shitty Ass toothbrush you won't use but take anyways. See the lady up front. Set appointment in the next two weeks for rest of cleaning and tarter removal. And on and on....

actually my hygienest is really hot looking. i make the earliest appointment, eat a box or oreos before i go in and then she has to cancel the rest of her appointments for the day.
